This client came to us looking for a website for his business. He was looking for a simple website that would let customers know what he did and as a way to contact him. Some of the challenges of the project included communication challenges since English wasn’t my client’s first language. Another issue was the lack of material and information and photos for the website. He entrusted me to write material and to curate photos that would attract more customers to contact him. With lots of research about carpet installation, tiling, and vinyl installation and carefully picking stock imagery that would fall into his customer demographic, we were able to provide him with a website that helped increase his customer base.
